Questions about a score
Every score is deterministic and fully itemised on the scorecard, and the rules are public in our methodology. If a number still does not make sense, email us and we will walk you through exactly which rules fired.
Brands and partnerships
Affiliate relationships never influence a score - see our affiliate disclosure. If you represent a brand and believe a product's certification or specs are recorded incorrectly, email the same address with the official certifier listing or performance data sheet and we will update the record.
